Второй Международный стратегический форум по интеллектуальной собственности IPQuorum 2019 проходил под девизом «IP код. Все грани интеллектуальной собственности для человека и экономики». Каждый из дней форума был посвящен определенной грани ключевой темы: «Люди и человеческий капитал», «Право и технологии», «Деньги, рынки и ценности».
В течение трех дней прошли обсуждения остро стоящих проблем внутри различных отраслей экономики России и государств – участников форума. Вся проблематика была рассмотрена международным экспертным сообществом через призму интеллектуальной собственности. Ведущие зарубежные и российские эксперты представили конкретные кейсы и оценили возможности применения многогранного инструментария интеллектуальной собственности для практического решения задач в социально-экономической сфере.
В торжественной церемонии открытия Форума в конгресс-центре «Янтарь-холл» приняли участие губернатор Калининградской области Антон Алиханов, президент Ассоциации IPChain Андрей Кричевский, заместитель Министра культуры Российской Федерации Павел Степанов, президент АО «СИТРОНИКС» Алексей Марухин, генеральный директор «Союзмультфильма» Борис Машковцев и председатель суда по интеллектуальным правам Людмила Новоселова.
Церемония продолжилась пресс-конференцией ТАСС.
Организаторами форума выступили: Ассоциация IPChain, Евразийская конфедерация обществ правообладателей и Федерация интеллектуальной собственности.
Стратегическими партнерами форума выступили Правительство Калининградской области, Совет Торгово-промышленной палаты Российской Федерации по интеллектуальной собственности, Некоммерческая организация Фонд развития Центра разработки и коммерциализации новых технологий (Фонд «Сколково»), Высшая школа экономики (ВШЭ), Международный союз неправительственных организаций «Ассамблея народов Евразии», АНО «Цифровая экономика», Союз композиторов России, Ассоциация продюсеров кино и телевидения и др.

• Разработана и успешно реализована «под ключ» концепция организации международного форума.
• На площадке Форума прошло 80 сессий и мастер-классов, а также 5 хабов – крупных панельных дискуссий.
• Более 250 спикеров и экспертов выступили в рамках деловой программы.
• В форуме приняли участие более 2000 участников из 33 стран мира.
• Более 2000 человек приняли участие в 36 мастер-классах просветительско-прикладной территории IPQLab. Гости IPQLab посетили интерактивные лекции и воркшопы по актуальным темам из сфер технологий, маркетинга, искусства и многих других.
• Организована внешняя пресс-служба Оргкомитета Форума и активная работа со СМИ.
• Информационными партнерами IPQuorum 2019 стали 64 средства массовой информации, в том числе, ТАСС, «Россия 24», «Интерфакс», Forbes и «Российская Газета». Кроме того, информационное партнерство оказали международные СМИ: CNR, CCTV, Aljazeera и Polish press agency.
• Работал пул из 75 журналистов СМИ, в том числе иностранных.
• На площадке форума организована пресс-конференция ТАСС.

EXPO: spatial design and building

Создана художественная концепция и разработан технический проект застройки всего пространства «Янтарь-холла», включая кинотеатр «Киноленд Марио», фойе конгресс-центра, фойе концертного зала, внешние пандусы.
Преобразилось не только внутреннее пространство «Янтарь-холла», но и площадка перед концертным залом: шатер в 1000 квадратных метров позволил организовать выставочно-экспозиционное пространство, а внешние шатры обеспечивали оперативным горячим питанием всех участников Форума на протяжении трех дней.
Для создания выставочно-экспозиционного пространства IPQFair был выстроен специальный павильон, где в течение трех дней экспоненты из числа ведущих государственных и частных компаний не только Калининграда, но и других российских регионов представили свои инновационные проекты по самым разным тематикам – от решений в области бизнеса и права до робототехники, виртуальной реальности и высокотехнологичных разработок в медицине.
Профессионализм команды застройщиков позволил произвести оригинальную застройку для вечернего гала-ужина: среди витрин и экспозиции Музея Моря была развернута сцена, выстроен специальный свет и звук, которые органично сочетались с неповторимой красотой экспозиции.

Осуществлено брендирование поверхностей в аэропорте Калининграда Храброво – Привокзальная площадь, зона вылета  и прилета.
Реализована дизайн-концепция застройки привокзальной площади аэропорта Храброво: 50 флагштоков встречали участников Форума

Создан лендинг мероприятия.
Впервые реализована работа специального мобильного приложения IPQuorum и личного кабинета на сайте с функцией календаря мероприятий, назначения встреч и т.д.
Разработана под ключ мобильная игра (от креативной идеи, дизайна локаций и персонажей до технической разработки) – квест для App Store и Google Play, главным героем которого выступил фирменный персонаж Ассоциации IPChain – Горыныч. В ходе игры главный герой освобождает от пиратов планеты креативной галактики, собирает различные объекты интеллектуальной собственности и промокоды на скидки в сервисах инфраструктуры IPchain. Каждая планета олицетворяет одну из креативных индустрий.
Разработаны и интегрированы в Telegram стикеры c участием маскота одного из организаторов форума.
